Are you a Comcast customer having difficulty receiving SPS Communications?

It has come to our attention that many Comcast customers are having difficulty seeing some email communications coming from central office or the schools. Some of our messages are ending up in a SPAM folder that you are unable to view.  While we are working with Blackboard (our bulk email/phone service) and Comcast to rectify the situation, here's something you can try in the meantime.
