    MANAGEMENT OF BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS

    The Superintendent shall develop, and building administrators shall implement, a comprehensive plan to ensure that the building and grounds of each School Department building are well maintained, clean, and safe.

    Security devices shall be used to limit access to buildings to authorized personnel and to guard against illegal entry and vandalism.

    The School Committee must approve any proposal to build a new structure or to significantly alter an existing School Department building or its grounds.
